I am a geophysicist with a passion for programming and seismology. I am currently a PhD candidate in Geology at the University of Chile.

I completed my master’s degree in geophysics at the University of Concepción, where my thesis developed a framework for the stochastic generation of tsunamigenic earthquakes and studied its impact on container drift in the port of Valparaíso.

🔭 My PhD research focuses on the analysis of earthquake rupture dynamics in Chile.

🌋 Research interests:

  • Seismic modeling and earthquake source characterization
  • Kinematic and dynamic rupture inversion
  • Tsunami modeling

In this web page is the content of my research, courses and assistantships that I have provided to the university.
